I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing and production time for your order to be packaged and shipped out to the carrier.

Note: With new lockdown mandates in California, our distribution center is operating at maximum capacity and is working around the clock to process your orders in a timely manner. Please have patience as your order may remain in process status for longer than 1-2 business days.

The range reaches United States of America (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO, EPO, DPO address), and Canada, Australia, EU and many other countries around the world.


Shipment Schedule
The parcel will be sent out from H.K., China in the first 48 hours once the orders are made. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Usually, it may take 10 to 20 natural days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.

Please note we have a 48 hour processing time once an order has been received. The above shipping times are estimations only and we can not give a guaranteed time frame as once an order is shipped it is purely dependent on the destination country’s handling time and customs clearance. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email which will provide you with your tracking ID and a link to track and monitor the status of your order.
